Camp Rubirosa is a seasonal pop-up from the iconic Rubirosa  in New York City. Born from the beloved Nolita staple, Camp Rubirosa brings the signature Italian-American classics, and warm hospitality of Rubirosa to East Hampton. Whether you’re a longtime Rubirosa regular or discovering it for the first time, Camp Rubirosa is a place to gather, toast, and savor the simple pleasures of summer—one slice, one spritz, one sunset at a time.
